O.K....I get the foil part, But what do you mean when you say with liquid?? I am sorry if this is mundane/or old hat to you. I am still learning how to use my smoker and make things that others will appreciate. Thanks for the response. I can hold 160 with no problems in my propane smoker.
I was @ our local grocer(Giant Eagle) And they had B.O.G.O. on Beef roasts. I picked up 4 very marbled "Top Sirloin Roasts" . I am opening up a can of proverbial worms here, but what does everyone think the best way is to use/cook/smoke them?? I am new to to all of this, so be gentle!. ...
I am going to brew 25 gallons this week. I usually do 2-10 gallon batches of two of my favorites, and one experimental 5 gallon batch. I have to do some work on my rig, but I'm off until late august, so i think I can find time.

Here is my 2nd attempt using my Smoke hollow propane smoker. The flavor was great, but the meat was AWFUL??? I used bone in pork butt shoulder roast. The grain of the meat was twisted and hard to pull appart. I ended up with chopped pork instead of pulled pork. The flavor was great, but...
