    Well I had my neighbor add chips to smoker while I was at work. Set timer  for 6 hrs,  got home and the darn thin isn't cooked thru. I put in tin pan covered in oven @ 250 for now. Hopefully after a few hrs it will be good to go. The bark looks good so far
