    Well, it's interesting that you mentioned that, Bear. On one occasion a pellet burn did start in the middle of the tray. I assumed that it jumped the track. Could very well have been bottom heat. Greg

    Thank you, sir.  Makes perfect sense.  Your narration in the video says that a heat gun is not necessary, just a lot of air.  I read several fellas just blowing on the coals.  I suppose a hair dryer is sufficient as well.   Thanks again. Greg
