I just bought a 24 pack of Nesco's flavors including Original, Hot & Spicy, Teriyaki, and Cracked Pepper & Garlic It also comes with 24 cure packs. I think this will be a good addition to my jerky arsenal. I also just bought 5 pounds of sirloin, so it's just waiting to be used.

3 cups Yoshida Teriyaki sauce
6 shakes liquid smoke
1-1/2 TBS red pepper
1 TBS...

I recently bought the Nesco FD-80 square dehydrator and I'm nervous about using it the first time. I could use some tips and tricks to using it. I mean I love beef jerky, but don't want to screw it up. My favorite is beef sweet and spicy. Obviously I want to try other flavors as I go along. I...
