    AMNPS in MES 30 (20077815)

    i put mine to the left on the lowest rack. on the rack above it i have a piece of foil the same size as the smoker to shield it and the empty water pan. on the rack above that i put the meat. used it twice so far and it worked out great

    i thought about it and picked up a brass benzomatic ul2317 at home depot. i thought the el cheapo harbor freight stuff might not be a good idea with flammable materials and cheap seals that leak. i have reservations about the amnps working though, the area i live in always has high humidity...

    i read a lot of reviews on brands complaining of weak taste or wood diluted with other wood. i know lumberjack is said to be good but its expensive.
