I used your method this weekend on my second attempt at pulled Pork from a shoulder. Turned out awesome.

Well I ended up with a smoked shoulder rather than pulled pork. Flavor is still pretty good but not what I was trying to get. Definitely need to do some of the mods to the ECB smoker.
