    Rib Membrane???????

The past half dozen or so times I smoked ribs I had very little trouble getting the membrane off. I usually just rinse the rack off under warm water, and peel up the membrane with a butter knife, and pull it off with my bare fingers. I don't go all crazy getting every last little bit off.

    Whats your favorite BBQ sauce?

My normal rub consists of a nice little kick of heat, so I typically will go for a sweet style BBQ sauce. My family and I  have become extremely fond of Sweet Baby Ray's honey BBQ sauce. It is a flat out amazing combo on some baby back ribs with my rub.

Smoking lots of meat, need to store some

Thank you very much Eric for the tips. I am going to go out this weekend and grab a good electric thermometer for the chamber. I'll probably upgrade my meat thermometer while I'm at it. I may just wake up early on the day of the birthday to do the smoking.

Smoking lots of meat, need to store some

Hey folks, New to smoking, but have been a long time griller. I have a question on storing quite a bit of different meats. My son is having a birthday party, and we'll be having a bunch of the family over. What better time to break out the new smoker? :) Well anyways, my new smoker isn't very...
