Thanks for the response Bama. I was thinking to purchase an electric smoker and a charcoal smoker. I had my eye on the WSM 18.5 smoker, but I am unfamiliar with electric smokers.- chuckdawg

Just unwrapped them and added some homemade suace to one and left the other dry. Back in the smoker for one more hour. -

My 2nd smoke - Qview
Okay everyone. Here are images of my second smoke and let me tell you I cannot wait to eat. Although I have yet to make any mods to my Char-Griller, I've been able to keep the temps at stable levels throughout the smoke. I can't wait to eat!!! More to come..... -
