    Hey Guys,  My name is Chancy I live in Abilene,  been smoking about a year on a New Braunfields off set,  but just built my own trailer rig and have used it twice, it's not a big one but can do a whole hog 1/4ed up.  it is so much fun to cook on something you made!

    So my fire was prob too hot when i put my smoking wood in, and it just burned up.  I need to cut the o2 to the fire when i add the wood and it will smoke more.  just enough 02 to keep the temp up?
