    Rollin A Fatty: My Version

    I made one of these today, but it was really windy so i had to finish cooking it in the oven a little. It came out really good and my family was impressed that the taste was so good. One thing I thought about, was maybe next time I'll put the sweet rub on the bacon mat before rolling it around...

    Homebrewers Roll-Call

    I made three very good batches of beer about ten years ago. I kinda got too busy to keep doing it, and had to sell all my equipment when I moved. I may get back into it someday, but probably not real soon. I do miss the smell of wort cooking in the kitchen though.
