Its stupidly simple its just boneless skinless breasts wrapped with bacon of your choice and skewered with one of those cheap bamboo jobs...

    Im at work and don't have a lot of time to peruse the search results. Anyone have any pointers on smoking a bird and keeping it moist?? Brine, injection, some sort of stuffing, etc...????

Anyways I smooth slept thru my alarm to wake up at 2 o'clock this morning to start my packer brisket this morning . Due to my work schedule I have to cook it today or it will go to waste...

    I love hot stuff. but am nbot a fan of condiments. so what do i do to my bird so its nice and spicy hot when it comes of the racks?????? ive tried brining with lhs and tobasco but no luck maybe injecting will work???? any ideas????
