    Next time just try Egg, Oil and a little lemon juice and maybe dry mustard. I never use vinegar and also I think that is way too much vinegar you only need maybe a teaspoon of lemon juice. the acid is just to help kill off bacteria in the eggs.. Another tip is if you have a emersion blender...
