I have 2 slabs of spare ribs resting in a rub and i plan on starting them tomorrow morning around 10:00am. My question is I have a WSM 18" and last time I smoked Ribs i had to cut one rack in half. (to fit both slabs on the top grate) I sqeezed the full rack in the middle and had 2 half racks on...
