    Closer to the first picture. They tasted outstanding, just dry as the desert. My first set of ribs were spare ribs and came out perfect.I'm thinking I just cooked them way too long. Next time I will do 2-2-1 and taste a piece after I take it out of the foil.

    I have the same welder. It is actually a decent machine. The wire feed adjustment is a bit finicky, but useable. The real problem is with the wire. I couldn't get a stable arc or decent weld at all when I first got it. Threw away the chineese wire and replaced with a spool of name brand flux...
