I finally get to smoke my first butt (so many jokes, I won't even go there). I thawed a 10.6 lb butt, applied mustard and Jeff's rub, opened a bottle of my homemade raspberry wine, and wrapped for tomorrows smoke. Q view to follow. Oh, by the way, today I recieved the remote thermometer from the Christmas Q-side contest. I'll be sure to include it in the pics. How's that for timing?
