Tried the HiMountain Inferno Blend

    Tried to upload pics, apparently my files are to big, though i did shrink them down through photoisland... I am not much into computers... I tried.. Anyways, pics aside, I tried Hi Mountain Inferno Blend(with Chipolte Peppers) on about 8lbs of jerky that I smoked today... It was great, but without lots of cold beer it is hard to handle... Has lots of taste, but ver very hot.. Need cold beer to accompany this blend. Very satisfied, friends and neighbors have already been calling me saying WoW.....

    A little additional beer doesn't make you a bad person nor does it distract from good jerky. Congrats to you PotatoC !!!

    Potato use photobucket.com to host your pics and then link the pics to your post. Copy and paste the last code under the pics. PB will resize any pic for you .... Very easy hosting program.

    And on this site they now have a Gallery, make your album first and then up load pics there. They say it should resize for you??

    Good luck and looking forward to the jerky pics...

    Hi Mountain has great products.. I have used several of their kits when making sausages and the spices are good also..
