    I have been in the food bis going on 15 years now. and I always took care of people that took care of me. even if they were just a pleasure to do business with. You know; nice hello, and the most important THANK YOU!!!

    So I have been telling my Meat Man, about your great site, and I also have been bringing him my left over Fatties too.

    Well, I told him That I am going to smoke a breakfast Fattie for Sunday brunch this weekend, and his eyes lit up. He said I 'll have something for you on Saturday.

    I came in this morning and he had 2 pound and a quarter packages of "BUFFALO GRIND" fresh pork for me. he asked if I could make one for him too, then he would give me the meat for free. heck yeah!

    but this stuff is awesome. IT is super coarse, almost 1/4 pieces of meat in this grind. I can't wait to taste and feel the texture of this grind size.

    I will report and of course post the q-view too.

    If you get him hooked on fatties, maybe he will cut you the same deal on a pork butt or a brisket. [​IMG]

    All the small locals have gone under around here. Sigh. Soo..I bought a grinder :{)
