Did some yardbird thighs today. Mashed spuds, glazed carrots, and sauted mushrooms. Pics of the thighs....
Brined, rubbed, marinated, trimmed and pinned. Into the Kettle with a chunk of Black Cherry.
After 50 minutes, and glazed.
