    All Right, first mistake . . . I purchased the vacuum packed, bone-in loin and did not have the butcher remove the back bone.  I am going to attempt to do it simply with a knife, but all the instructions I can find on the web use a band saw . . . If you don't have to get creative from time-to-time, you are not really cooking. [​IMG]

    Thanks for the comments everyone!!  It was a really good and interesting project.  Now that I have done it once, there will be many more times.

    With the exception of removing the chine bone, this is actually pretty easy to do!
