I'm new to smoking and to this forum so hello to all my fellow smokers. My father_in_law bought my wife and i a pretty good sized pork loin the other day. I told my wife i wanted to smoke it. Problem is my simple, yet effective bullet smoker is too small for the whole thing. My question is, if i cut a third or so of the loin off and put it on the smoker will that affect the outcome? I don't want it to be too dry and i'm afraid that by cutting it up that will let too much juice out and make it impossible to keep moist. Thanks in advance for the advice. I apologize for rookie questions too, like i said i'm just gettin started
