John or anyone out there, does any one have any modification ideas on how to disperse the heat/ smoke as it's going into the smoker from the charcoal box?? It seems that the heat will be mostly sitting on the right side versus spreading out all over as that's where it comes in from. I have the smokehouse 4-in 1
