Hi my name is tiffanii I am fairly new to smoking. Not eating it of course lol. Right now I'm up with my parents in ny and they hv bought a charbroil offset smoker and I am loving it. Still trying to get the hang of dgetting and maintaining temperture. Really looking forward to getting bk to tx and the chance when I cn get 1 of my own. Looking to get a smoker charcoal and propane. Right now just sitting smoking some beef short ribs having a fight with keeping temperture below 250 but above 200. Planning on smoking some shellfish Friday and do a crawfish boil
