Pulled pork eggrolls

    Someone posted something similar a while back (thank you whoever it was).
    I made these eggrolls with pulled pork butt, country sausage, napa cabbage, fresh grated ginger, fresh garlic, scallions, and a little soy. Mixed it all up and stuffed and rolled in wonton eggroll wraps. Served with some store bought sweet chile sauce. They were fantastic.

    This is gonna be crazy for a while! Those look wonderful. I dont think we will be able to keep up with the Qview coming at such a fast pace.

    Fired up try this combo for a dipping sauce. Get some Peach salsa and Sweet Baby Rays and mix the 2 to taste. It will knock your soxs off.
    Forgot to add this part. I have hand blender I grind the chunky salsa up with then gradually add the BBQ sauce a little at a time.
