Thought I'd put a meatloaf on the MES 40. I'll use the AMPS and Crank the MES up as high as the setting will go at 275.
- 3 pounds of lean ground beef
- 1 pound of ground pork.
- 1 cup of finely chopped sweet onion
- 1 cup of crushed saltine crackers.
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup chunky salsa
- I egg beaten.
- 4 TBS Worcestershire.
- 3 TBS Season Salt
- 2 TBS crushed black Pepper
- 1 TSP Garlic powder.
- 1 TSP cumin
- 1/2 cup ( approx) ketchup
