Newie Smoker in San Diego

I'm Jared and I live in San Diego. I'm an avid cook but just got into smoking. I started out on my friend's ancient dual grill/smoker contraption to test out smoking but recently purchased a 22.5 WSM and have done about 5 smokes on that. I have only tried a couple cuts, but I'm excited to keep learning.

Hi Jared,

Welcome to the forum.  I got a WSM for fathers day a couple of years ago and things have never been the same.  I used to cook every weekend, but now I'm always on the lookout for something to smoke.  Enjoy!
