Newbie question

    I'm reading a lot about wrapping pork loin in bacon. I'm intrigued, but doesn't that prevent the smoke flavor from getting to the meat?  What am I missing here?

    I made a couple of loins wrapped with bacon, excellent results both times.

    Yep - just finished one tonight. Gotta say - it was moist and tasty!
