Hello and greetings from Chicagoland! I'm a long time lurker on this forum. I've never had time to join until recently. I've been a serious 4 season griller for 15+ years and have been smoking on my Cajun Injector electric smoker for about 4.5 years. I recently added a WSM 18.5 to my collection and it has really blown me away. I'm very happy to be part of the community! Here is my Weber family pic!
