Hi folks, I've been reading the forum for a couple weeks now, I really enjoy it here. I've been making and smoking sausage/kielbasi for quiet a few years now. I also do alot of cinder block pit cooking (mostly chicken).
Also make jerky and beef sticks.
Heres a pic of my smoker;

And a pic of the inside

Well Slim, welcome tio the SMF. Looks like you've got a handle on sausage making amd smokin' too! Nice to see a new member jump right in with Q Views and stuff like that.

Possibly, but I might just keep the burner and you would have to come get it unless I would be going your way..... either way I lose; sounds like to many barley pops involved in that transaction !!!

Thanks for the welcome everyone. I built a barrel smoker and will be finishing it this weekend. I bought Jeffs rub so I'll be trying the rub and the smoker out in a couple of weeks. I'll keep you all informed.
