I am new to SMF (feels like I am writing a personal ad) and to smoking too. I purchased a WSM and have done two smokes so far (ribs and a butt). Will be doing another few racks of ribs today.

Thanks for the warm welcome. This place has already proved valuable. I actually found jalapenos today at the farmers market. I found an ABT recipe here. I modified it just a tad when my wife requested "the little hot dogs". How could I refuse?
