What's up everyone- thanks for having me on the site!

Bought a Brinkman smoke n grill to cut my teeth on...smoked ribs for the first time last wknd with a rub from Lillie's Q. Turned out really good. Even with the difficulty I had regulating the temp.

I'm smoking some wings today for a Cards-Cubs game pre-party (Cards fan thankfully :)). Was wondering- can I smoke the wings a couple hrs beforehand and then heat them back up/finish them on the grill later or would that not be good? Just don't think everyone at the party would appreciate reeking of smoke for the rest of the day.

Thanks for any help- and thx again for the great site!

I smoke lots of wings and freeze them then reheat in a toaster oven so Yea go ahead and smoke them then stick them in the fridge and reheat on the grill, they will be awesome because the grill will crisp up the skin and give them a little of that seared flavor!

I agree with Dave...those wings will reheat nicely on the grill.  It'll make 'em nice a crisp!

Good luck, and remember we love qview!
