You all have seen my turkey but here it is: 2 cups 100% cranberry juice Not cockail 2 cups ginger ale 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 2 tablespoons poultry seasons 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon onion powder 1/4 cup sea salt 1 teaspoon pink salt Marninate turkey breast for 3-5 days and smoke at 230 degrees until internal temperature is 180 degrees. Double recipe for whole turkey. Apple juice can be substituted for cranberry juice.
