Well after a tasty Tri tip last night I had to eat leftovers tonight!
Sautéed some mushrooms and onions then tossed the thin sliced meat on them when they were done cooking to warm the beef then using a four cheddar blend for the outside and havarti on the inside I make the grilled cheese served with mini perogies.:drool
