Just got a Brinkman electric smoker

I have a Char-griller with a side fire box. I got tired of babysitting the fire so I got an electric Brinkman. So far I like it. I did a few fatties today. I put them in, two and a half hours later pulled them out. It doesn't get much easier than that.
