I ahve been a memeber here on the site for at least a couple of months, never took the time to introduce myself. My name is Keith aka: "smoknrookie". I am kind of new to the whole smoking thing, but so far everything has turned out GREAT! I started with a little vertical Brinkman smoker that a guy I work with was going to throw away.. I have since then moved up to a UDS that I had made out of a salvage drum that was "donated" from where I work.. I havent got any pics to post of it yet but I will try to get them on here so you all can tell me what you think of it.. I have tried smoking a little of everything so far xcept for the ABT's.. I am going to try a batch of them tomorrow, I stuffed them with a mix of cream cheese mixed with colby/jack cheese wrapped with bacon and topped off with a little bit of country bobs seasoning salt, I will let you all know how they trun out.. Well that about sums it up, I will get some pics of my UDS posted, maybe this weekend.. Just to let you know I think this site is AWESOME!!! Full of all kind of great people...
