I am really new at smoking. I have always loved the taste and smell of good smoked food. I am really getting serious fast, though. My plans are to start my own mobile BBQ company. Any tips or recommendations will be greatly appreciated. I currently have a bullet water smoker. I have been experimenting with all types of wood and fuel. See you all in the forums :)

welcome to smf,you will learn a lot here.my advice on the "mobile"vending biz is this.before you buy anything talk to your local health inspector to get the heads up on your kitchen & health regs & your local city councils to make sure you can do mobile vending.i just say that from experience(sometimes it's a discouraging pain).

Welcome to SMF! You found the smokinest site on the net, so ask questions, take notes, and be sure to share your thoughts and experiences with us!

Good luck with the Q' biz, I hope it goes well for you! I am headed in that direction also...
