Hello all!

I am Dan from Eugene OR, I am somewhat of a beginner\lightly seasoned smoker cooking fanatic. I have done, Turkeys,Salmon, Chicken, stuffed onions,shrimp,ribs,hams,jerky & presmoked steaks prior to grillin em. I use a propane water smoker (Modified Grand Hall from Costco) I look forward to learning more from you guys\Gals and thanks goes out to the people who moderate & run the site!

On a side note, I love your area of the country as I have cousins living in Salem, and Portland. Having Mt. Hood in the skyline is pretty cool.

Love the area. My son used to live there. Went to visit for a week and never saw the sun. Beautiful forests though. Welcome from Arizona.
