I started smoking meat for the first time this past winter - a friend recieved a smoker for Christmas and we smoked almost every weekend in the cold and snow. I got my smoker, a Masterbuilt Electric Smoker 40, a few weeks ago. I bought the electric model so I can easily transport it and reviews say it works very well in the cold winter weather because it is insulated. I also bring it to my friend's house and we can get alot of food smoking at one time. My name is Chuck and I was born and bred in NE and love to play alot of hockey.
