Hello from Lacey, WA

    Hi Everyone, thanks for the forum, great resource!

    Got the Masterbuilt Electric Smoker from Cabelas, done a total of 4 smokes so far (1 was butchered rather badly).

    Am rather disappointed that it smokes 100F+ since I love cold-smoked salmon and salmon jerky... has anyone figured out how to make it work in the MES?
