Hello from Big D; Though I consider myself an afficionado in BBQ and steaks in terms of eating, I am new to smoking; Just got my new smoker and I'm ready to get started; Thanks to all for the great tips/recipes posted on this very helpful site; I will smoke my first brisket and rack of ribs tomorrow....we'll see how it goes; I look forward to sharing my own tips etc... soon.
