This was my dad's recipe. I would like to share it in his memory.

PAPAâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]S GRILLING & MARINATE SAUCE

2 Gal. Vinegar
3 Lg. Bottles Worcestershire Sauce
12 Lemons
4 oz. Black Pepper
2 Tsp. Red Pepper
2 Tsp. Paprika
4 oz. Salt
½ Tsp. Garlic Powder
2 Lb. Margarine

Mix above ingredients, except for margarine and lemons, in a large sauce pan. Cut lemons in half, squeeze into mixture, and place halves into mixture also. Bring to a boil. Add margarine. Stir until margarine melts. Strain while hot to remove lemons and lemon seeds. Use to marinate meat or mop on while grilling/smoking. Refrigerate and reheat for future use.

Looks interesting, thanks for sharng your Dad's treasure.

Great recipe!! I'm going to try it. That will make a huge amount of sauce starting with 2 gallons of vinegar!!
