Hi i just signed up on this list . Im in upstate NY Albany . I have been cooking BBQ for about 10 yrs .Im a former Bar and restauraunt operator . I cook on 2 WSMs a backwoods competitor , I am currently restoring an Oyler 700 that im having a custom trailer made for . Kinda big for home use but its a great pit to cook on . Im also a judge for KCBS I dont compete for lack of time in my schedule .
