First Pastrami update w/ a fatty

    Well people Pastramis on and the fatty's done.

    Useing a regular breakfest sausage. The stuffing is hormels corned beef hash scrambled eggs and pepper jack cheese. turn out really well, wished I had put more pepper jack. The Pastrami is Q ing but have B4 pics. Soaked it 2 hrs and rubbed with fresh cracked pepper, corriander, oinon and garlic powder and papreka. here's a few pic.     Looks really good! You'll have to update us on the pastrami. I want to do one of those soon.
