Found Butts on sale at a local market at 1.37 per lb so I bought 4 of them and decided to smoke one Monday night. It`s weight was 9lbs and the only seasoning I used was Slap Ya Mama. I did a light smoke with Hickory and Apple pellets at 250*. The outside temp was down to 23* but the Electric smoker held the temp all night real good. I took it to 205 then wrapped it in foil and let it rest for 2hrs. before pulling it. Thanks for looking...

Nice looking pork! I think that it's interesting that you have your smoke source placed above the meat. I imagine that there is plenty of circulation to get it where you need it but it seems unusual.

Thanks everyone for your comments...My smoker is very small and its about the only place inside it that the AMAZNPS will fit. I used to have a smaller heating element in it but it was to small for cool weather so I installed a much larger one that holds the temp in very cold weather so I had to find another place for the AMAZNPS...It works just as good above as it did at the bottom..I smoked this butt for a friend that can`t take to much smoke flavor so I went light with it...The AMAZNPS is the ticket to a perfect smoke everytime wheather you want a light medium or heavy smoke on your meat  or what ever you are smoking...it has made my smoking days much much easier...

Terrific looking pulled pork. I'm doing a Boston Butt tomorrow while watching football all day. I'll start it early in the morning as I have a charcoal smoker so have to attend it while I'm smoking. I hope it turns out as good as what yours looks.

Nicely done.
