Were gonna have to change your name from "Beer-B-Q" to "Smok-E-Butt"

At least I thought it was funny!!!

Great Job Paul!!!

Looks awesome as usual friend. Have a quick question though? Could just be the pics? The first couple with the butts on the top have something sticking out the end? looks like probes, but I don't see the wire? Is it just a wierd pic ?? They kinda look like remote probes? Why don't they make that yet anyway??

Paul's a tricky one.

I'm betting those are skewers for marking which two have the Chipotle Powder on them????

Paul you are the man! Those look great.  I have a daunting task this week also.  My computer works just fine but I have 112# of butts to smoke and 150 ABTs for my sons wrestling tournament.  I get the pleasure of doing the fund raising concession stand.  Old hot dogs and stale preformed burgers just won't do!  I just hope mine turn out as good as yours have.  You set a very high bar my friend, very high indeed.

Well done yet again.

Yep, those mark the ones with the Chipotle Powder since not everyone likes it as hot as I do...

Great Pics.(see them bad boys were still steaming for the photo shoot)

Thanks for sharing.

Bone in and a little less than 2 hours a pound at 225° ....perfection my friend.

That looks fantastic, what a load that's the way to do it! I have visions of that scrumptious pork piled high in between two slices of  toasty bun topped a few red onion slices & and a pickle.
