Buying a different smoker

Well, here I am after a month of waiting and broken promises and I still don't have my Yoder Durango smoker. The guy has been saying every week when I call that it will be next week. Last tuesday I called him and he said he would be here Wendsday to deliver it, and quess what he was a NO Show. What makes it worse is he hasn't even bothered to call and offer an explanation.

So....I'm done with him. He can keep his smoker. I called around and found a Horizon Ranger (A virtual twin to the Durango) in stock at the local Bass Pro. They already have my name on it and I just need to go pick it up. Now All I have to do is find a trailer!!!

Sounds like it is probably best because if they are that way on delivering to a new customer just think what their customer service would be like.

That sucks, I called Yoder and almost went with them. I decided on a Horizon and never looked back. They are really good folks to deal with and know their stuff about what they sell.

Does that model come with the convection plate? If not I highly recommend one.

RickW; I don't know if it comes with the convection plate but am already going to get one if it doesn't. (along with a few other things... Cover, etc...) I've seen them on the web site and there well worth the price.
