I did 11 lbs of featherbones for about 7 people from my team it was just enough. I kinda thought we would be rained out so I didn't get them put on until about a half hour before I found out we were still play'n. I had to trust my temp to stay for about 3 hours by itself, and the GOSM did a great job. I think it got a little warm right before I got home when my water started drying up on me. But other than a couple of the bones being a little dry, they were great!

Slathered them in mustard, (Both Sides) Then rubbed down (Both Sides)
Smoked with apple and a little mesquite for a little over three hours at about 225 degrees. Although it climbed to 300 for probably the last half hour, which I didn't really want it to do that but I wasn't home to stop it.
That's it they were done moist and tender, with exceptions of about three or four of them. They were dried and burnt to a crisp [IMG]

Sorry thought I erased the first one.

That's awesome looking grub, cubguy. Your team has found their food source for the rest of the season! [IMG]
