Do it!!!! Having it skinned and quartered already gets u half way there. There isn't much more work to debone and cut steaks and grind trimmings. There is a great set of utube videos from mclendon meats boning out deer which are great to learn from. There is also a lot of pride and great feeling taking your meat from field to table.
 
 I HAVE BEEN PROCESSING MY OWN DEER FOR 40 YEARS, YOU CAN NOT GET THE QUALITY OF YOUR MEAT PROCESSED, IF YOU DO NOT DO IT YOURSELF. AS FOR THE UPFRONT INVESTMENT, THE QUALITY OF MEAT YOU SERVE YOUR FAMILY, SHOULD BE WORTH THAT. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE THE BEST OF THE BEST AS FAR AS CUTTING EQUIPMENT.
