Hey all, just found this place and as I have seen in so many threads it is recommended to stop by here and say hello first.
I am a longtime griller and smoker as a hobby for family and friends. In no way do I claim to be an expert or pitmaster (especially since I have recently converted to electric).
All I care is that the people I cook for go oooh, ahhh, mmmm, great, etc. which seems to happen the majority of the time.
I have 3 young kids that are on the go so the gas grill and electric smoker are perfect for me or I would never have the time to smoke or grill. Anyhow, I appreciate this forum and finall signed up due to the fact that so many times I have wanted to reply to posts to only go duh, I'm not registered. Anyhow, it is now time to say goodbye and see everyone in the other forums as I am will be soon making my 2nd post in the beef section as I have a question.
