1st Run @ Turkey

    Today was my first big bird brined for 14 hours cooked @ 250 for 6 hours bird weighed in @ approximatly 15-20 lbs no weight stamped on package Smokebuzz guess weight @ 19 lbs used rub and misted apple juice turned out very moist and flavorful see pics

    That definitely looks like it wasn't your 1st try at the big bird, really nice job! Now you've got some practice in time for Thanksgiving. [​IMG]
