    Smokin' in New Mexico

    Hello, I found this site in trying to resolve a problem. I have a SausageMaker Smoker and have been trying new recipes from their book. My problem is it is taking 24 hours for beef sticks to get to temp. Smoker temp is 165 and meat temp should be 145 and after 20 hours meat is still 135...
